The Orange Door Ovens Murray Area Online Workshops – Referrals to The Orange Door

The Orange Door Ovens Murray Area is hosting 30-minute online workshops each month in February to April 2024 to foster understanding of the role and functions of The Orange Door and referral pathways.
The workshops are designed for staff or volunteers in the Ovens Murray Area (LGAs of Alpine, Benalla, Indigo, Mansfield, Towong, Wangaratta, Wodonga) who will potentially refer clients to The Orange Door.
The Orange Door provides free support for:
• People experiencing family violence or who are at risk of family violence
• People seeking assistance with child wellbeing and development
• People seeking support to change their behaviour and stop using violence
The Orange Door provides the following key functions:
• Risk and needs assessment
• Safety planning
• Crisis intervention
• Brokerage
• Connection to support services
Content is the same for each workshop – participants only need to attend one workshop. Participants do not need to register to attend – simply join the workshop using the links below
