Build your confidence in writing case notes for your clients experiencing family violence, with this training delivered in partnership with Women’s Legal Service Victoria.
In this full-day virtual training, family violence specialist practitioners and leaders will learn best practices for the structure, style and language of case notes. You will also develop your knowledge about how to respond to subpoenas, appear as a witness in court, and identify privacy and legal issues.
