Adolescent Programs
ADOLESCENT SUPPORT PROGRAM (ASP)
The program supports young people aged between 12 and 17 and are known to Child Protection. It supports young people to live at home or independently.
The program is responsive and flexible so that young people who are in crisis or at immediate risk of harm can have their needs addressed. The program will also provide ongoing support and supervision where necessary so that young people can establish themselves in an appropriate living arrangement.
Strategies used to achieve identified outcomes include providing information to clients and families, case management, referral, community development and group work.

Referrals can be received from families, friends, community members, school and other services, Child Protection etc.

FINDING SOLUTIONS
Finding Solutions aims to support the young person and their family to address issues that may lead to family breakdown and divert the young person away from the child protection system.
Finding Solutions is for young people of secondary school age and their families.
