Designed for family violence specialist practitioners and leaders, this course will cover the purpose of case notes, what should be recorded, documenting risk, privacy, legal issues, subpoenas and how to appear as a witness in court.
At the end of this full-day training, you will have increased your knowledge of best practices for the structure, style and language of case notes and broader confidentially and legal matters.
