National HOME STRETCH Symposium 2025

With over 5000 young people now benefitting from extended care to 21, this highly
anticipated Symposium will focus on the additional supports needed for young people to
achieve successful transitions from care to adulthood.
It will bring together a diverse range of experts, policy makers, and lived experience advocates, to explore the successes, innovations and further reform to supporting care leavers in Australia.
The event takes place on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 of May, at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Melbourne. |
