SUMMARY:Safe and Equal Sector Impact Symposium
DESCRIPTION:This vital event brings together CEOs and senior leaders from our member organisations to deepen our understanding of the impact of your work in the prevention and response sectors\, better understand and articulate Safe and Equal’s role and impact in the sectors\, gain insights to inform our collective strategy for budget advocacy and share and celebrate your impact. \nAbout the Symposium \nWe know that the work of our members is complex\, challenging and set against a backdrop of managing increased demand\, community and government expectations\, reform\, funding shortfalls and increased resistance. Services are increasingly having to juggle the day-to-day service delivery demand with a need to demonstrate meeting funding targets and an increasing expectation to achieve bigger picture outcomes and impact. Similarly\, our prevention agencies and practitioners are increasingly required to demonstrate impact in the face of increased funding pressure\, resistance and backlash. \nThe day will include a mix of panels\, Q&A\, speakers\, interactive workshops\, and meaningful networking opportunities designed to strengthen our collective response to our advocacy\, deepen our understanding of our impact\, and to acknowledge the work you do. This will include an overview of the Safe and Equal’s Impact Measurement Framework and presentation of initial findings of the evaluation undertaken by First Person Consulting. \nThe Symposium will be facilitated by Chris Mathieson (former CEO\, FVREE and Board member of Safe and Equal). In the coming weeks a more detailed Symposium Session Outline will be provided. \nGET TICKETS
