By becoming a clinical supervisor you can encourage ongoing professional growth in your team\, which is essential for maintaining competence and advancing in their careers.  \n In this interactive workshop you’ll learn practical strategies for conducting effective clinical supervision in a workplace setting.  \nLearning outcomes  \nAt the end of this workshop\, you’ll be able to:  \n\nsupport staff to enhance their skills\, competence and confidence. \n\n\ncreate a reflective space and emotional support. \n\n\nprovide staff assistance with professional development \n\n\ndeliver guidance on delivering services to clients in a safe and ethical manner \n\n\nprovide staff with information about compliance with professional and organisational treatment standards and ethics and legal issues in practice. \n\n  \nIdeal for  \nAnyone leading teams or managing clinical and client facing staff in the workplace.  \nRegistration information  \n\nWhen you register\, you’ll be taken to our payment gateway to complete your registration.
