DESCRIPTION:No to Violence has partnered with the Youth Support Advocacy Service (YSAS) to co-develop and deliver our much-anticipated new workshop Introduction to working with Adolescents and Young Men using Intimate Partner Violence. \nThis 7-hour training will examine the dynamics and impacts of Adolescent and Youth Intimate Partner Violence (AYIPV)\, as well as the importance of youth-focused interventions. Upon completion of this training\, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to engage effectively and sensitively with adolescents and young men using IPV\, while considering developmentally appropriate approaches and opportunities for interventions and change. \nThe training is suitable for practitioners who\, in the course of their work\, come into contact with adolescents and young men using IPV (e.g.\, specialist family violence practitioners\, youth workers\, child protection workers\, etc.\,) or students considering a career in working with adolescents and young people. \nDate: Wednesday 12th March\, 2025\nLocation: Online\nCost: $352\, 1 x 7 hour online interactive workshop \nFor more information and to register\, click here
